NURBS Inspector Panel

This panel shows the content of the NURBS BRep object.

In solid modeling and computer-aided design, boundary representation (often abbreviated B-rep or BREP) is a method for representing a 3D shape. A solid is represented as a collection of connected surface elements, which define the boundary between interior and exterior points.

  • The list on the left allows you to select a surface element. Each surface element is represented by one surface, one outer loop, and possibly one or more inner loops. Each loop may be constructed by one or more curves.
Right click on surface to open context menu:
Properties - show propeties of selected surface element.
  • Larger area shows UV space. U - horizontally, V - vertically. Trim curves are displayed in color. Outer curves - blue, inner - red.

This panel may be opened only via Object Context menu, when NURBS is selected.
