Mesh | Smooth Move
With the smoth move, you can nonuniformelly drag points of polygonal objects, eg pull sections out.
Select polygons or points ( tool works in points or polygons mode ). Click anywhere on the object or axis and drag the mouse. Tool work in same way regular move tool, so you may select requirted coordinate system and axis or move. The further the points are from the start of dragging, the weaker the movement will be.
